At PrimeAura, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

 

 

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

 

To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required


We do not accept returns for:


  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer


Refunds

 

 

 

Once your return request is approved:

 


  • We will issue a refund or replacement, depending on the situation
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days


Please note:


  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider



Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:


  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

 

 

 

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange, please contact us first.


Shipping Returns

If a return is approved:


  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
